1 new car use matters needing attention
All vehicles in the initial period of use of the new car are in a running state. Therefore, during the first 100 hours of use, it should be noted that:
The quality of the lift and the load must not exceed 70% of the rated value. The maximum stranding force should also not exceed 70% of the nominal value.

2 Precautions when driving
(a) All parts are retracted as far as practicable. All operating handles are in neutral or closed. The power take off must be turned off.
(b) The position of the support arm should not be too low. So as not to affect its passing performance.
(c) When the vehicle is traveling, the speed should preferably not exceed 30 Km/h. When turning, running uphill and downhill, the road conditions should be decelerated to avoid sharp turn and sudden braking.
(d) When reversing, the angle between the two vehicles should be avoided. The angle between the longitudinal axes should be greater than 70 degrees. Otherwise, the equipment may be damaged.
3 Precautions when handling the tray
(a) Operate strictly according to the load parameters, and strictly prohibit overloading.
(b) Before lifting the tray, manipulate the telescopic control lever of the tray so that the tray extends one after another to ensure that the longitudinal beam track is “pulled away from the limit frame roller†first.
(c) After the tray is completely removed from the limit frame roller, the tray lift control lever can be operated to lift.
(d) Similarly, when the pallet falls back to the frame, it has previously been shrunk, “Limit the rack space,†and then fell. After the pallet fell back to the frame, it continued to shrink to the front.
(e) Take care to check if the support arm is raised to the highest position and prevent the support arm from interfering with the ground when lifting the tray.
4 Attention when lifting a job
(a) Operate strictly in accordance with the lifting parameters and prohibit overloading.
(b) The main function of the support arm telescopic cylinder is to adjust the support arm cross arm to achieve the ideal position of the trolley. Its use is limited to no-load or light load, strictly prohibited under heavy load. The load-holding action is controlled by the prop-arm lift cylinder.
(c) When the cross arm of the support arm reaches the maximum limit, it should be retracted at least 50 mm before work.
5 matters needing attention when winding operation
(a) When the heavier vehicles are towed, the two rear legs must all fall onto a solid ground, and the objects of the wrecker's wheels are clamped and locked.
(b) It is generally kneaded right behind and must not be twisted beyond the right and left 20° from the rear.
(c) At least 45 coils of steel wire rope must be retained during reel work.
6 Precautions for Hydraulic System
(a) The hydraulic system control handle and hand throttle must be soft and not shoved.
(b) The hydraulic oil is made of high-quality 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil. Mixing of different brands of hydraulic oil is forbidden.
(c) Hydraulic system relief valve pressure is factory adjusted and must not be easily adjusted.
(d) When the hydraulic fluid temperature exceeds 70°C, operation should be stopped.
