How much do you know about bedding?

The production of bedding products belongs to the textile industry. In China, bedding products belong to the 24th category. Beddings have become popular in Europe and the United States. They have also become prevalent in large and medium-sized cities in China. The utilization rate in rural areas is even lower. As a result, China's bedding market has great potential.

First, textile raw materials:

Natural fiber: It is a fiber developed on animals or plants in the natural world. It has good comfort, compatibility with the human body, and good health. However, the durability is poor. If the disposal is not good, it will fade or shrink. If the protection is not easy to mold, oysters, and expensive. Ordinary pure natural fiber fabrics are used for high-end bedding.

Chemical fiber: It is divided into two types, man-made fiber and component fiber, and it is made of chemical and mechanical treatment using natural materials. The comfort is poor, but the capital is rich, the price is cheap, the strength is good, it is not easy to break off, it is not mildewy, and there is no birth.

Inclusion fiber: Local natural fibers and local chemical fibers are mixed together in one and the same inclusion fiber. Commonly used polyester/cotton (T/C cloth) is made of inclusion fibers. Inclusion fibers can not only promote the natural fiber comfort characteristics, but also to promote the durability of chemical fiber, and have low prices, bright colors and other characteristics. Ordinary middle and low grade bedding products are made of woven fabrics of mixed fibers and then dyed into fabrics.

Second, the structure of textile fabrics:

Warp: Yarn in the warp orientation when the fabric is woven, ie a piece of cloth with a long cloth length, called warp yarn.

Weft yarn: The yarn in the weft orientation when the fabric is woven, ie, a yarn with a cloth width deviation, called weft yarn.

Yarn count: reveals the fineness of the yarn. The finer the yarn, the better the quality and the higher the price.

Fabric Density: reveals the number of yarns within 10cm of performance. The higher the density, the denser the fabric and the more expensive the price.

The organizational structure of textiles is divergent due to the staggered approach, and its product hierarchy is also divergent. It can be divided into three basic organizational structures: plain, twill and satin. Textiles can be divided into natural fabrics (or grey fabrics), yarn-dyed fabrics, and printing and dyeing fabrics. Bedding is commonly used for printing and dyeing cloths.
(a) Plain cloth Fabrics made of plain weave (warp and weft are interleaved every other yarn) are called plain weave fabrics. Features: Multiple staggered points, firm texture, flat appearance, and positive appearance on the back. The tissue fabric density is not too high, it is lighter, more wearable, and breathable.
(b) Twill cloth The warp or weft yarns are interlaced at least twice between the warp and weft yarns, and the fabric structure is modified by adding warp and weft interlacing points, collectively referred to as twill weave. Features: A, there is a positive reversal; B, a complete organization of the cycle of small interleaving points, longer floating lines; C, soft feel; D, higher density tissue fabric, the product is relatively thick; E, such tissue products Higher cost than the same type of plain weave product;
(c) The satin weft fabrics and weft yarns are interlaced at least once every three times, so that the tissue structure makes the fabric density higher, so the fabric becomes thicker. This type of tissue product has a higher cost than a similar oblique spun tissue structure. Fabrics that are woven using a satin weave structure are collectively referred to as satin fabrics.
The characteristics of the satin fabric: A, there is a positive point; B, a complete set of the cycle of the interleaving point at least, the longest float, the fabric surface is simply composed of warp or weft floating line; C, soft texture, cloth Smooth and shiny; D, Degas cotton series using plain weave, twill and satin weave fabric;
(d) Yarn dyed fabrics are fabrics made by dyeing yarns, associating the transformation of the structure and color of the fabrics, and the post-reorganization process, etc., which have a color harmony and a pure luster. Bright color, variety of flowers, clarity of organization, strong sense of three-dimensional and other features, and the complexity of the various characteristics.
