ASTM Grade 7, UNS R52400, CP Titanium, C.P. Titanium Alloy

introduce

Titanium alloys have a variety of advantageous properties and can be used in industries such as automotive, consumer electronics, military, aerospace, medical, marine and sports equipment.

Grade 7 Ti-0.15Pd alloy has strong corrosion resistance in reducing acids and hot halide media. The presence of palladium helps enhance the alloy's corrosion resistance. This alloy is similar to Grade 2 alloys and has moderate strength and ductility.

Grade 7 Ti-0.15Pd alloy is discussed in detail in the following sections.
