Installation of Henan prospecting mill (mill)
(1) Firstly hoist the base of the reducer into the foundation pit, fill the bottom plane, and level the plane A with the horizontal level (5R.6R mill should first level the drive chassis)
(2) Mount the transmission on the A plane and secure it with bolts.
(3) The base B plane is leveled by the frame line level, and the calibration point can be selected as four points of the crosshair.
(4) Before calibrating the plane of the base B, a rubber shockproof pad should be placed on the joint between the lower plane of the base and the cement foundation and the joint between the base and the base bolt.
(5) The coaxiality error of the two halves of the CD coupling shall not exceed 0.30 mm.
(6) The gap between the two halves of the coupling should be kept within the range of 5-8 mm.
(7) The error of non-parallelism shall not exceed 0.1 mm.
(8) The 5R mill uses a pin coupling. a. The gap between the two halves of the coupling is 3-5mm. b. When there is no radial displacement of the coupled two-axis centerline, the skewness of the two-axis centerline is ≤0.30. When the two-axis centerline is not skewed, the allowable radial displacement is 0.1-0.15 mm.
(9) Electrical equipment should be accurate and reliable.
(10) The position and height of the pipeline installation shall be installed according to the general assembly drawing and shall not be arbitrarily altered or improved.
