The percussion method has limited energy. Later it was found that when the workpiece was resonated, the maximum vibration capability of the workpiece could be achieved. Until the late 1950s, with the improvement of the motor manufacturing level, light and delicate vibration aging equipment emerged successively in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, the Soviet Union and other countries, and were continuously applied to the machinery manufacturing industry. A large number of practical applications have proved this The method can improve the dimensional stability of the workpiece more than thermal aging.
