Double Shaft Shredder
The 2PGS Series Double Shaft Shredder is an advanced waste recycling machine developed independently by Jiuchang. It integrates foreign technology and years of manufacturing experience. This shredder is designed for efficient processing of large, thick, and hard materials.
The shredding blades are made from special alloy steel (HSS) with high wear resistance and strength. They use differential rotation to create a shredding chamber where the material is torn into the desired size. The cutter design allows for high shearing force, improving efficiency. The drive system uses a heavy-duty planetary gear reducer, ensuring low speed, high torque, and quiet operation.
