Double Shaft Shredder
The 2PGS Series Shaft Shredder is a waste recycling machine developed independently by our company, incorporating advanced foreign technology and years of manufacturing experience. It is designed for efficient processing of large, thick, and hard materials.
The shredding cutter is made from special alloy steel (HSS) and features high wear resistance, strength, and reparability. It operates using differential rotation to form a shredding chamber. Once the material enters the chamber, it is shredded into the desired particle size.
The cutting blades vary in thickness, shape, and arrangement, allowing for high shearing force and improved efficiency. The driving system uses a heavy-duty planetary gear reducer, offering low speed, high torque, and low noise. The bearing block is easily accessible, making maintenance simple. The parts are interchangeable, enhancing overall reliability. The frame is constructed with extra-thick plates and welding technology, featuring a large-angle six-prism rotation axis for strong rotational force and a large-diameter hopper for bulk material feeding. The electrical components include PLC and touch screen control systems with video surveillance, automatic overload protection, and other advanced functions.
