1. The inlet and outlet design ensures sufficient fluid is retained in the pump, allowing excellent self-priming even when the suction pipe is empty.
2. A special circular valve is used to reduce pressure by redirecting some fluid back to the inlet, reducing starting torque under full load conditions.
3. Synchronizer gears transfer torque between screws, preventing metal-to-metal contact and ensuring reliable operation for any medium.
4. The meshing screws create a sealed cavity that moves fluid axially, delivering it steadily without pulsation.
5. Multiple heating structures are available to adapt to different temperature requirements for various media.
