C. Features
1. The inlet and outlet design ensures sufficient medium remains in the pump, even when the suction pipe is fully emptied, maintaining excellent self-priming capability.
2. The pump body uses a special circular valve that opens when the outlet pressure exceeds the working pressure, allowing some fluid to return to the inlet. This reduces starting torque and enables operation under full pressure.
3. A synchronizer gear transfers torque from the driving screw to the driven one, ensuring no metal contact and smooth power transmission. This enhances reliability and prevents damage from dry running.
4. The meshing screws create a sealed cavity during operation, allowing the liquid to move axially with the cavity and be discharged steadily without pulsation due to constant capacity.
5. The twin-screw pump offers multiple heating structures to adapt to different temperature conditions for various media.
