Carbon Dioxide Detector for Beer Fermentation Determination

Carbon dioxide is one of the major by-products in the fermentation process of beer. Through the detection of CO2 detectors, the theoretical calculation of each 1 kg of maltose fermentation yields 0.514 tons of carbon dioxide, which produces 0.489 tons of carbon dioxide after each 1 kg of glucose fermentation. Since fermentation starts with impure carbon dioxide emissions and carbon dioxide dissolves in the portion of wine, the actual recovery of carbon dioxide is usually 45%-70%, and the empirical data is 25-27 kg after recycling.
Mainly through carbon dioxide detector to determine the influencing factors of carbon dioxide for analysis. Through the same sake sake tank, the same filling conditions, the same measuring device, and the same operator, it is found that the influencing factors of a large number of finished beer with different concentrations and different specifications are diversified. Different factors should have some control over their production.
When the carbon dioxide detector measures the carbon dioxide content of beer, the measured value of the instrument will not only change with the pressure, but also the change of temperature is obvious. With the increase of temperature, there is a positive distribution, and the carbon dioxide content in beer is determined. The value decreases with the increase in the air volume at the neck of the sample under test.
When nitrogen is used as the backup gas, the bottleneck air content will be very high, and the effect on the measured value of the carbon dioxide detector is much more significant than when using carbon dioxide as the backup gas. The temperature control is the most important. The constant temperature water bath with a relatively high precision is selected. The beer bath temperature (25 ± 0.1 °C) and time (20 - 30 min) are strictly controlled to ensure the accuracy of the carbon dioxide meter.
The pressure control of the sample is also very important. During the determination of the CO2 detector, when the measurement operation is performed, the valve should be controlled so that the gas flow cannot be too large. Otherwise, a large amount of gas will be emitted, resulting in incomplete reaction between the carbon dioxide and the alkali solution. The result is low. At the same time, wait until the liquid level is completely still, and then read the static pressure volume of the bottleneck air. If the bottleneck air volume is found to be high after the first discharge of air, it must be repeated 2-3 times.

Rice Huller With Polisher

Rice Huller with Polisher

Introduction:
The SB Rice Milling Unit is a kind of comprehensive equipment. Rice goes into machine via vibrating screen (removing stones) and magnet unit (removing little piece of steel), and then pass through hulling room (remove the yellow husks), winnowing room, milling room (remove the brown chaff, and then become white rice), and blowing room in turn. The machine can complete all the processing works from cleaning grain, hulling grain to milling rice. As to husk, chaff, blighted grain, as well as polished rice, they are all pushed out of machine separately. Furthermore, we add a jet blower near the outlet of finished white rice; it not only can drop down the temperature of white rice, but also can separate chaff from the white rice, and make the finished rice much clear.

Feature:
This Rice Huller with Rice Polisher is a comprehensive expression for all the good qualities of varied kinds of rice-processing machines. For instance, it is arranged with a comprehensive view of situation and is designed rationally. Its structure is compact and well organized. It is of less noise and can be easily operated and reliably regulated. Rice after processed consists of less chaff and few of them are damaged (broken). The neatness of such rice may be up to above standard. It consumes less power and is efficient in work. It is indeed Combined Rice Milling of a new generation.
