During the startup process of high-voltage inverter, it should be noted that the input 6kV power supply high-voltage switch of the inverter can not be closed until the "High-voltage closing allow signal" given by the inverter;

If the inverter still does not provide "high voltage switch on" signal, please confirm whether the control power of the inverter is closed, the door is closed, the bypass switch disconnector is in proper position, the inverter itself is in fault status, Is the system related signal correct?

After each breaking 6kV high-voltage switch, must be at least 160 seconds before sending power again;

Bypass cabinet isolation switch in the inverter position, the user switch 6kV high voltage switch is only equivalent to the power transmission, the motor does not start. Need to start the motor, you must also send commands to the inverter command;

When the inverter needs to be started, pay attention to the following: If the fan or pump has just stopped shortly, make sure the fan or pump has stopped completely; otherwise, it will easily cause the unit to over-voltage when the inverter starts up.

DCS only when the inverter is in the remote control state and get the "request operation" signal of the inverter at the same time, it can send the start command to the inverter and start the inverter normally;

After starting the inverter, please pay attention to: automatically accelerate the motor to the given speed of DCS. If the given DCS speed is less than the minimum speed setting, the inverter will run at the minimum speed.

After DCS sends the start command to the inverter, if the given speed of DCS and the minimum speed setting value of the inverter are both 0, the motor will still not rotate. At this time, DCS must set a reasonable speed setting value.

The motor is started by the inverter. The impact on the motor, the high-voltage switch, the power grid and the load system is very small. There are no restrictions on the number of starts and the time interval as long as the above conditions are satisfied.
