SHZ-7 Intelligent Abrasion Meter
SHZ-7 intelligent grinding measuring instrument is the most direct and most effective instrument for measuring ball mill load. It has the advantages of simple debugging, good stability, all-digital, full-grown grinding panel alarm keypad, and so on. It is the latest product developed on the basis of SHZ-6 grinding instrument.
The instrument is small in size, high in reliability, adopts membrane keyboard panel, is fully sealed, has superior dustproof performance, and is simple in operation. Using this instrument can increase the average time-to-hour output of the mill, reduce power consumption, reduce labor intensity of workers, and extend the grinding body. First, the working principle of SHZ-7 intelligent grinding meter
The SHZ-7 Intelligent Abrasion Meter is equipped with special structure probes installed in the field. The receiving mill emits noise. It is transmitted to the instrument through a shielded cable and converted into digital decibel indication. At the same time, it outputs a 4-20 mA current proportional to the decibel value. The signal, decibel value is inversely proportional to the amount of material in the mill, proportional to the weight ratio of the grinding body to the material, so it can quantitatively measure the size of the mill load. The operator can control the flow rate of various incoming raw materials according to the level of the grinding noise so as to achieve the control of the mill load, so that the output of the mill is the highest and the power consumption is the lowest. The internal calibration signal source is provided for the maintenance personnel to check and maintain. The SHZ-7 also has a full-smooth grinding sound and light alarm device, which can remind the operator to deal with it in time.
