In addition, it plans to complete 1.5 million square meters of road overhaul and synchronize the slow-moving system.
According to the introduction of the Road Traffic Bureau of the Municipal Communications Commission, in 2015, the city will complete 100 projects, including 30 municipal-level dredging projects implemented by the Traffic Commission Road Administration Bureau, and the relevant district government will be responsible for 70 district-level dredging projects were implemented. At present, these 100 projects are basically determined, but there may be fine-tuning.
It is reported that since 2003, measures have been taken to optimize level crossings, adjust road entrances and exits, build bus harbors and platforms, renovate street crossing facilities, set up tidal lanes, implement bus lanes, improve road auxiliary facilities, and clean up road obstructions. A total of 1677 evacuation projects were completed.
On the 1st, the Municipal Transportation Commission announced six identified key relief projects. These include the transformation of the West Third Ring Administration Service Center, the widening of the bottleneck section of the Wuyuan Bridge East of the Airport Expressway, the reconstruction of the congestion node of the North Third Ring Shuangjing Bridge North (outer ring), and the Jingha Expressway (out of Beijing) The new export of the South Fifth Ring Bridge Bridge South and the pedestrian transit system around the south side of the Guomao Bridge.
About 1.5 million square meters of road repairs According to the introduction of the Urban Transportation Committee Road Administration Center, this year plans to complete a road overhaul of about 1.5 million square meters, mainly including Zhichun Road, Lianhuachi West Road and Badaling Xifu Road. The combination of Zhichun Road, Lianhuachi West Road and Jingtong Express Road will be carried out along with the overpass, inspection well, slow-moving system and dredging project along the line.
According to preliminary statistics, 9 bus stops will be reconstructed, and 1910 meters of non-motor vehicle lanes will be expanded and added. In order to avoid road zippers, combined with road overhaul, 18.7 km of gas, heat, water, telecommunications, street lamps and other pipelines will be built simultaneously.
These overhaul projects will use 50,000 tons of energy-saving and environmentally friendly materials, accounting for 30% of the total amount of asphalt, and the recovery rate of used materials is not less than 95%. Among them, the new asphalt concrete will be used for the first time in the overhaul construction of Nanchizi Street. The concrete has the functions of temperature regulation and heat storage in low temperature environment, which can improve the anti-frosting ability of the road surface and avoid freezing in winter snowy weather.
The slow-moving system will be rebuilt 100 kilometers. In addition, this year plans to implement a 100-kilometer reconstruction of the slow-moving system, including the Dongluo Nanluoguxiang area, the Xicheng Tianqiao area, the Haidian Wudaokou area and the Olympic center area.
The slow-moving system transformation mainly focuses on the centralized remediation of the trails and non-motor vehicle lanes, such as discontinuity, insufficient width and existing disease problems. Apply color-specific roads and signs to intersections and non-motor vehicle lanes, prompt access to road rights, unify the content and standards of pedestrian bicycle system management, clarify the requirements for color passages and signage, and set up pedestrian crossing safety islands at wider intersections.
According to reports, in 2013, the Highways Bureau began to renovate the slow-moving system. At present, it has completed key areas within the Third Ring Road such as Sanli River and Shichahai, as well as Tiantan East Road, Dongdan North Street, Ping'an Lixi Street and Gongti North Road along the subway. A total of 454 kilometers of urban pedestrian bicycle system was rectified, and special bicycles for color bicycles were added at the intersection of 11 overpasses such as Guanyuan Bridge, Guang'anmen Bridge, Pingdong Bridge, Yansha Bridge and Changhong Bridge.
