Project and Liaoning Jinzhou Port to Inner Mongolia Baiyinhua Railway Expansion Project, Jilin Province Songyuan Civil Airport, Qinghai Province Guoluo Civil Airport, Inner Mongolia Zalantun Airport, Yunnan Province Civilian Airport, Guizhou Province Renhuai Civil Airport and other Airport Projects .
In addition to the central and local financial subsidies, these projects focus on attracting the participation of social capital. For example, the Dali-Ruili Railway approved documents show that the total investment of the project is 25.73 billion yuan, with the exception of 35% being raised by the Central Government and the Yunnan Provincial Government, and the remaining being solved by the China National Railway Corporation through the railway development fund to raise social funds.
