It is understood that green tires have low rolling resistance and low fuel consumption, which can significantly reduce the emission of carbon dioxide from automobiles, and at the same time, they have excellent handling stability, shorter braking distances, and better damage resistance, reducing traffic accidents and improving Economic and social benefits have positive significance. In 2012, the European Union implemented the tire labeling method. Countries such as Japan, South Korea and the United States have also implemented similar tire grading systems, but China has not had its own green tire standards. Therefore, the formulation of China's green tire standards has become an urgent requirement for Chinese tire companies.

In response to the European Union's tire labeling law and the green upgrade of China's tire industry, the China Rubber Industry Association launched the green tire industrialization process in 2012, and undertook the project of "Green Tire Industry Development Research" of the Ministry of Industry and Material, Ministry of Industry and Information, and last April. Accepted by the Department of Raw Materials, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. According to the research results of the project, China Oaks Group Co., Ltd. organizes industry experts to study and formulate related technical specifications and standards and complete it in the near future. It is reported that the â€œGreen Tire Technical Specificationâ€ (Draft for Soliciting Opinions) will be completed in the industry for comments in the near future, and will be formally released after being revised and improved.

According to the definition of green tires in the Green Tire Technical Specification (Draft for Comments), green tires are tire products that are energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly, and safe. The green manufacturing concept is practiced in the entire production process, and the green process is advocated in the application process. Green tires have outstanding dynamic product characteristics such as low rolling resistance, low fuel consumption, excellent handling stability, shorter braking distance, better wear resistance, and remanufacturability.

According to this technical specification, green tire manufacturing should meet the following general requirements: use of environmentally friendly, non-toxic harmless raw materials that meet EU REACH environmental standards; production process to achieve low energy consumption, low noise, low dust, low smoke; product with fuel economy, Safe, high abrasion, retreadable properties, in line with the green tire label certification requirements for rolling resistance, wet pavement grip, rolling noise requirements. The standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, and verification methods for green tires. It applies to radial passenger car tires and truck radial tires.

It is understood that while the new standard is being implemented, the China Rubber Association will also organize the construction of the industry and complete the supporting indoor and outdoor test conditions, so that China will have the conditions to implement the green tire label (non-compulsory tire grading) system. Green tires will be marketized as soon as possible, rapidly increase the quality level of Chinese tires, increase the proportion of high-end tires made in China, meet the requirements of domestic consumers to purchase high-quality tires, and stabilize the export of high-quality tires. The China Rubber Association stated that it will take the green tire industrialization as an opportunity to comprehensively promote the energy-saving, environmental protection and cleaner production of the tire industry, form a complete set of green tire production technology and standardized production mode in the tire industry, improve the level of scientific development of the tire industry, and realize Industrial upgrading.

Snoworld plate ice machine has several features.

Â· Peeling in high speed and without heat. It is unnecessary to introduce hot gas from outside since the hot freon gas produced by plate ice machine itself is fed into evaporator. Within 90 seconds plate ice will fall down due to gravity.

Â· Special water circulation system. The raw water flows evenly on the surface of evaporator, and gathers into water tank through special water channel at the bottom of evaporator. Then water is pumped to water distributor in top of the evaporator and returns to surface of the evaporator to freeze. The special water circulation system makes surface of plate ice produced very smooth.
