How to do if the temperature is too low?

The key to the smooth start of the sprinkler is whether the diesel injected into the cylinder can rapidly form a combustible mixture with the compressed air and burn in time. Therefore, the air entering the cylinder is required to be compressed to have a higher temperature and pressure. The basic conditions for starting: sufficient starting speed, high starting speed, low gas leakage, short time for heat transfer to the cylinder wall, less heat loss, and improved air temperature and pressure at the end of compression; mixing at the end of compression The oxygen content in the gas should exceed a certain concentration to ensure that the diesel fires; the starting system must have sufficient power to ensure the starting speed and enable the starting torque to overcome the compression resistance and frictional resistance moments.

In the winter in the northern or western plateau areas, the sprinkler is difficult to start due to the low ambient temperature. The main reason is that the air temperature at the end of the compression of the sprinkler cylinder does not reach the required temperature for start-up, and the compressed air pressure in the cylinder is also significantly lower than the pressure required for start-up; the best working temperature of the battery is 20---40°C. With the decrease of the ambient temperature, the output capacity of the sprinkler decreases accordingly; the power of the sprinkler starter system decreases; when the ambient temperature is low, the viscosity of the oil increases, the resistance between the friction pairs increases, and the start speed of the sprinkler drops. At the same time, the viscosity of the sprinkler increased, the atomization quality of the fuel spray deteriorated, and the ignition lag period was delayed; the air density and oxygen content in the air increased with altitude.
