Operating procedures

Job Manual
1. Preparation before operation
(1) The rear part of the sewage suction truck should be as close as possible to the operating point and parked.
(2) Pull the return oil tank's straight cock rotating handle to the angle of about 45° with the axis of the oil inlet pipe. Observe the oil inlet pipe and there should be lubricating oil flow.
(3) Open the side door of the walk-in box and take out the dirt-absorbing rubber hose so that it swings back without bending.
2. Pumping operation
(1) Draw the sewage suction hose as deep as possible to ensure that the end of the pipe is 300mm or less from the liquid surface during the operation.
(2) Push the four-way valve handle perpendicular to the ground.
(3) Hitch the transmission to neutral, then start the engine, disengage the clutch, pull the power take-off switch backwards to pull the file, and the vacuum pump starts to run.
(4) Open the cabin tool box, pull out the alarm switch, and turn it on.
(5) The operator can pass through the observation mirror on the upper part of the rear head. When the liquid level reaches the middle of the observation mirror, the operator should be notified that the colleague should quickly pull the suction hose away from the ground or close the four-way valve. Under normal circumstances, the sounder will emit audible and visual signals at this time. When the driver receives the signal, the throttle should be reduced. The power take-off switch is pushed forward and the gear is removed. The vacuum pump stops moving and presses the switch to cut off the power. .
(6) Close the fuel tank straight cock rotating handle plate parallel to the axis of the incoming mailbox.
(7) After flushing the hose, place it back in the walkway box, close the side door, and position the boom over the cab.
(8) Close the anti-overflow valve so that the handle is perpendicular to the axis of the road.
(9) Drive the sewer truck away from the operating point.
3. Drainage operations
(1) Point the suction hose toward the reservoir.
(2) Pull the rear handle of the four-way valve parallel to the ground and open the spill-proof valve so that the handle and the pipe axis can be parallel.
(3) Put the transmission into neutral again, start the engine, disengage the clutch, pull the power take-off switch backwards to pull the file, and the vacuum pump starts to run.
(4) After the discharge of the liquid in the tank, the driver should push the power take-off handle forward and remove the gear, and the vacuum pump stops running.
(5) Close the fuel tank straight cock rotating handle plate and enter the axis of the e-mail box and close it. After the hose is rinsed, put it back into the walk-in box, close the side door, and make the suspender point towards the cab.
(6) Move the sewer truck away from the operating point.
