The axial traverse of the crankshaft is 0.250.35mm. After the main generator is installed, the crankshaft traverse requirement of the diesel generator set is not less than 0.18mm. When the intermediate gear is adjusted and assembled, the axial traverse is required to be in the range of 0.100.25mm. Inside (the traverse amount is too small, it is easy to crush the bearing, causing the roller to run poorly, the bearing is burnt; if it is too large, it will cause a big impact on the cage), and the lubrication of the bearing is the oil pipe installed on the pump plate and The supercharger returns oil (generally the return oil temperature is higher) to achieve spray splash lubrication, and the lubrication and cooling conditions are relatively bad.
The nut has a large screw torque, which is easy to move due to the nut, so that the axial traverse of the intermediate gear assembly exceeds the limit of 0.25 mm, which brings a large axial impact to the cage and eventually causes the bearing to be damaged.
Preventive measures Taking into account the above factors, the following measures have been taken: (1) When the diesel engine is repaired or overhauled, the bearing must be renewed to an imported high-precision thrust bearing of comparable specifications.
Due to the good implementation of the above technical measures in the overhaul work, in recent years, diesel engine intermediate gear bearings have not experienced any failures in the operation and segment repair, which not only saves a lot of manpower and material resources, but also ensures the locomotive quality and driving safety.
To this end, we will fully implement the management ideas and management methods of lean production from the following aspects, so that production management will reach a new level.
At present, the production management and production organization of the entire workshop are carried out in a unit production mode. Since the actual operation for half a year, it has received good economic and management effects. For example, the difficulty in formulating production plans has been greatly reduced, the production sites have been greatly reduced, the number of products in production has dropped from the original 60 boxes to 8 boxes, and the working capital has been reduced to less than half of the original. The product quality and production efficiency have been improved to some extent. Practice has proved that this new production organization and management program has great advantages.
