In the part of regular passenger routes, the two sides agreed that the mainland will increase the number of airports in Urumqi, Yinchuan, Xining, Hohhot, Hailar, Zhangjiajie, Lijiang and Weihai. Taiwan will increase the Chiayi Airport as a regular passenger destination on both sides of the road, and can work during the overtime period of the Chinese New Year in 2013. In the regular service section of passenger transport, the two sides increased by 29 classes each week, of which there were a total of 24 scheduled trips for passenger transport; the non-scheduled travel charter flights changed to 5 regular flights, and the original two sides each had 30 irregular charter flights per calendar month. In the part of seasonal charter flights, the two sides agreed to relax the period of operation from May to October of each year from March to November of each year. In addition to retaining Fuzhou, Xiamen, and Quanzhou, the mainland has added five chartered flight destinations including Luoyang, Jieyang Chaoshan, Meizhou, Yichang and Wuyishan.
