Automatic LED Tube and Lamps Mixer Ageing Line

Function features:
Used for LED bulb lights and fluorescent tubes products inspection aging through high voltage,normal voltage,roaming and fluctuation voltage areas to observe whether short-circuit ,capacitance burst and black points will occur.To test the quality of the LED bulbs and fluorescent tubes.

Technic requirement
1.Constant temperature zone:Adopted ceramic pipe heating,control the temperature 80 Celsius above the room temperature.
2.Normal voltage circuit testing :Applied voltage regulator,0~250V,as normal voltage zone,with the range of 7 meters.And the test time can be set by touch screen.
3.Low voltage circuit testing :Applied voltage regulator,0~250V,as normal voltage zone,with the range of 7 meters.And the test time can be set by touch screen.
4.High voltage circuit testing :Applied voltage regulator,0~250V,as normal voltage zone,with the range of 7 meters.And the test time can be set by touch screen.
5.Use the E27 holder for bulb
6.For fluorescent tubes,adjustable chucking appliances ,300mm,600mm,900mm,1200mm available.
7.The noise produced by machine is under 65dB.

Machine body
1.The frame is made of steel pipe(40*40*1.5mm) and aluminum alloy,by welding.
2.Conveying chain :An inch dual-pitch single ear of double hole chains.
3.The full line equipped with conductive channel and copper sheet(3mm thick).
4.There is a stainless steel mesh beneath the line,protect the bulb and tube in the case of dropping.

Power transmission
Motor:Taiwan brand 1.5KW motor,1:200 speed reducer,2HP consecutive frequency converter,linear speed 0~2m/min,testing time 0~4 hours

Chain plate structure
Using cold plate(2mm thick) bending into 148*800*57mm,each plate has 16 pieces of E27 screw type socket,4 pairs adjustable fluorescent tube holder.
The 15meters aging line equipped with 172 pieces chain plates.

Controlling
1.Electricity controlled by a distribution cabinet(730*1250*1800),made of cold steel sheet (1.5mm thick),rectangle iron pipe an support.
2.Mitsubishi PLC,9.2 inch touch screen control the system.With the emergency quick stop,make the equipment more secure.
