**Production Description**
This machine is designed for high-efficiency textile processing with a large output capacity of up to 600mm x 1200mm. It features a chain-driven can changer that allows for smooth back-in-front-out operation, making it ideal for continuous production. The drafting system consists of a 3-over-3 double zone curvilinear design with a guide roller and pressure bar, offering precise control over fiber alignment. For cleaning, the top roller uses a floating metal bar or rotary flannelette belt, while the bottom roller utilizes an oscillating traverse butyronitrile rubber apron. This ensures thorough and effective cleaning during operation.
The upper and lower air ducts are independently distributed, enhancing the suction cleaning effect. The machine also supports automatic filter cleaning, automatic can changing, and sliver breaking, making it suitable for full can operations. A spring-loaded mechanism is used for sliver feeding, providing excellent dynamic response and high accuracy. Additionally, the preset intranet interface allows for easy central management and monitoring.
