Detailed Description of Used PP Woven Bags Granulating Making Machine / PE Plastic Film Pelletizing Machine
1. Conveyor: Transports plastic film or woven bags into the compactor machine.
2. Plastic Compactor: Crushes and compacts the plastic film or woven bags.
3. Extruder System: Melts the material and removes gases.
4. High-speed Net Exchanging System and Die-head: Filters impurities and extrudes the noodle.
5. Water Cooling Tank: Cools the extruded noodle.
6. Pelletizer: Cuts the noodle into pellets.
7. Vibration Sieve: Removes defective pellets and keeps the good ones.
8. Air Blower: Conveys the good pellets into the silo.
