1. Product DescriptionThe G single screw pump is a versatile and reliable solution designed for handling high viscosity media. It consists of several key components including the suction and discharge chambers, working part (rotor and stator), driving mechanism, universal joint, seal assembly, and bearing seat. The working part is made up of an eccentric rotor and stator, which create two contact points in each transverse section. These contact points form two sealing lines along the rotor or stator. As the rotor rotates, these sealing lines create one or more sealing chambers that allow the medium to be smoothly transported from the suction end to the discharge end. The pump operates with minimal pressure pulsation, ensuring the integrity of the pumped material throughout the process.
