1.Product DescriptionThe G single screw pump is a versatile and efficient pumping system designed for handling high viscosity media. It consists of several key components including the suction and discharge sections, the working part (rotor and stator), driving part, universal joint, seal assembly, and bearing seat. The core working section features an eccentric rotor and stator that create two contact points in every transverse section. These contact points form sealing lines along the rotor or stator, creating one or more sealed chambers as the rotor rotates. As the rotor turns, the media enters these sealed chambers and is smoothly transported from the suction end to the discharge end. This design ensures minimal pressure pulsation, which is beneficial for maintaining the integrity of the pumped media.

What is the working principle of oil pump? When the engine is working, the drive gear on the camshaft with the transmission gear of the motor oil pump, so that the drive gear fixed on the drive gear shaft rotates, thereby driving the driven gear to rotate in the opposite direction, the oil from the oil inlet cavity along the backlash and pump wall to the oil outlet cavity. In this way, a low pressure is formed at the oil inlet chamber to produce suction, which sucks the oil in the oil pan into the oil chamber.
