**Description:**
This extend arm is specifically designed for the Hitachi ZX200 excavator. It has a length of 4000mm, tailored to meet customer requirements. The structure is made from high-quality Q345B material, but we also offer alternative materials such as Q420D, Q690D, and HARODX450 for different applications.
The product includes one bucket cylinder, two high-pressure hoses, and four pins. All boom and arm components are tapered at 45 degrees before welding, ensuring superior strength and performance. We can customize the arm to fit any excavator model based on your specifications.
For heavy-duty use, some parts can be reinforced with thicker plates or additional layers. While the bucket is not included by default, we can prepare it upon request. The bucket cylinder is compatible with 12-ton type cylinders.
We use manual welding with a protective gas mixture of 80% Argon and 20% CO2, which is considered the industry standard for high-quality welds. The product is first wrapped in thin film and then directly placed into a container for safe shipping.
