If you need, we are happy to provide free samples, but new clients are expected to cover the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.

Yes, we can produce castings based on your drawings, 2D or 3D CAD models. If a 3D CAD model is available, tooling development will be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still create properly approved samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure based on your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We have a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile test machine to control mechanical properties, and UT Sonic as an NDT checking method to detect internal defects in castings.
