Fushun Petrochemical Coking Unit Implements Intersection

At 13:58 on July 28, Fushun Petrochemical Company's annual coking unit of 2.4 million tons successfully achieved CCCC. This signifies that the coking unit will enter the most critical preparation stage for production and will play an important role in promoting the construction of a large-scale refining and production base with a capacity of 10 million tons of refined oil and 1 million tons of ethylene.
The total investment of 1.007 billion yuan Fushun Petrochemical 10 million tons of oil refining structure adjustment project, is to solve the dispersion of processing patterns, eliminate major hidden dangers of ground subsidence, to achieve "centralization, assembly, intensive, integrated" development of major initiatives. Fushun Petrochemical Coking Unit consists of 2.4 million tons of coking unit, 660,000 tons of gasoline hydrogenation unit, 170,000 tons of kerosene hydrogenation unit, 125,600 tons of dry gas, liquefied gas desulfurization unit, and 91,300 tons of liquefied gas desulfurization. The composition of the alcohol plant is the key project for Fushun Petrochemical's 10 million-ton refinery structure adjustment and the realization of centralized processing of crude oil. After the completion of this project, Fushun Petrochemical will annually process 2.4 million tons of vacuum residue in the processing of 11.5 million tons of crude oil, and produce qualified products such as liquefied gas, gasoline, kerosene and high-quality petroleum coke. It plays an important role in the process of globalization, and has important implications for optimizing the allocation of resources, adjusting the product structure, and enhancing overall competitiveness.
The project broke ground on December 13, 2007 and was successfully completed on June 30 this year. During the construction of the project, the participating teams made concerted efforts to scientifically organize and overcome various complex and unfavorable factors, especially the rigorous construction under the special circumstances of the production and construction of the No. 2 Plant of the No. 2 Petrochemical Plant, and completed the contractual requirements in terms of quality and quantity. All project contents are qualified by the quality supervision department.
