According to Changfeng Cheetah's dealers, the slowdown in investment growth, especially due to the reduction in infrastructure construction projects in some remote areas, has seen the demand for off-road vehicles grow less than in the previous two years. In this situation, dealers of Hunan off-road vehicles have focused their attention on urban users and even the private car market. Another hanged by car dealers is the contraction of bank credit for auto consumption. As banks raise credit thresholds and tighten credit procedures, compared with last year, the proportion of loans for buying cars in Hunan has dropped from 30% last year to the current 7%-8%. In addition, due to the impact of the economic environment, consumer confidence in purchasing has also declined, and some consumers postponed or cancelled plans to purchase new cars. According to the new approach, the "lender" has been expanded from the original "state-owned commercial bank" to "commercial bank, urban and rural credit cooperatives, and non-banking financial institutions approved to operate car loan business." However, judging from the current situation in Hunan, banks and non-bank financial institutions are still less active in providing personal auto consumption loans. The proportion of loans to buy a car is difficult to restore to more than 30%. The family car market has not really started. At the same time, people in the industry believe that the family car market in Hunan has not really started yet. The so-called "blowout" of the car looks back, to a certain extent, overdraft purchasing power. The percentage of car purchases that are purely used for commuting tools is quite small. Even in the economical cars with lower prices, the buying groups are mainly self-employed and small-business owners, and they often take care of both public and private when buying cars. Unlike cities like Chengdu, the proportion of street mini-cars in Changsha is still quite small. The main models of mini cars, whether it is the old four - hatchback Xiali, Geely pride, Changan Alto, Freel, or the new four small - Chery QQ, GM Wuling SPARK, Hafei Lubao, Changhe Idir, in the streets of Changsha The appearance rate is far less than 10 million yuan. The structural adjustment of the factory is not in place At present, most dealers in Hunan only represent one auto brand, which is also influenced by the factory policy. According to Gong Mengxian, general manager of Hunan Yuanda Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd., apart from the market environment, sales of automobile dealers declined, which is also related to the structural adjustment of the factory. On June 9 last year, Dongfeng Nissan’s joint venture Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. was announced. As the most widely-connected, largest-scaled and most thoroughly cooperative joint venture company in China's automobile manufacturing industry, Dongfeng Nissan's dealers have a lot of confidence in the factory. Prior to this, the predecessor of Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicles Co., Ltd., the dealer of Fengshen Automobile in Hunan, was the only one of the Hunan Grand Motor Corporation. After the establishment of Dongfeng Nissan, there were only two dealers in Changsha and began to seek to establish standard 4S stores in each city and state. The new sales network structure will soon be in place, but it will take time for Dongfeng Nissan to adjust its product structure. Dongfeng Nissan's first product, Sunshine, and the original Bluebird are basically in a price range and have not opened up new markets. The second product, Zhizun, is a replacement of the Blue Jays, and it is only a consolidation of the existing market. Coupled with the new 4S shop diversion, Hunan Grand Motor Co., Ltd. will achieve sales growth from January to August this year is unlikely. At present, the Dongfeng Nissan "Scorpio" is already on the market, and its 60,000 yuan economical sedan will also be available several months later.
