Hua Lu Hengsheng issued an announcement on the 10th, saying that the company and Defeng Chemical signed an “Asset Transaction Contract†in Dezhou on September 30 to acquire assets related to melamine production at a purchase price of RMB 494,100. The related assets are currently in good condition.
The assets related to the production and operation of Defeng Chemical and melamine mainly include an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of melamine production equipment and supporting production of some of the ammonium bicarbonate plant and other related assets.
