Specification
The Waste Incinerator HYINC-18 features a single front door for loading solid waste and ash removal. When in standby mode (COM.tem. less than 220°C), the door can be opened safely. During cooling down, the door remains accessible until the temperature drops below 100°C and the unit is fully stopped.
The electrical control panel is integrated into the incinerator, equipped with fuses, starters, PLC, and an operator panel. The panel meets international marine equipment standards.
The operator panel, located on the right side of the control panel, includes a touch screen and defined keys for starting/stopping the system and selecting burner modes. The combustion process is controlled by the PLC and monitored through the HMI (Human Machine Interface), with a photo resistor scanning the flame. The combustion chamber temperature is automatically regulated by the PLC control system.

The Airbag Neutralization Cabin is composed of three parts: control box, power terminal, and airbag wiring. The power terminal of about 3 meters is connected to the input interface, and the airbag wiring of about 10 meters is connected to the output interface.
