Specification
The Waste Incinerator HYINC-18 features a front-mounted single door for loading solid waste and ash removal. When the incinerator is in standby mode (COM.tem < 220°C), the door can be safely opened. If it is in cooling down mode, the door can be opened once the temperature drops below 100°C and the unit has fully stopped.
The electrical control panel is integrated into the incinerator, containing fuses, starters, PLC, and an operator panel. The panel is designed according to international marine standards. The operator panel, located on the right side of the control panel, includes a touchscreen and defined keys for system start/stop and burner mode selection. The burning process is controlled by the PLC and monitored via the HMI (Human-Machine Interface), with a photoresistor scanning the combustion chamber. The combustion temperature is automatically regulated by the PLC system.
