**Product Description:**
Our hard chrome piston rods are manufactured using high-quality materials such as JIS S45C, ensuring superior performance and durability. The production process involves precision machining, followed by a surface chromium treatment that achieves a surface finish of **f7** and a hardness of at least **HV800**. This not only enhances wear resistance but also significantly extends the service life of the rod, helping customers reduce long-term costs.
All products undergo rigorous corrosion testing in our internal salt spray laboratory. The surface heat treatment ensures a hardness of **HRC55±2**, with a hardened depth ranging from **0.5mm to 3mm**. After this, the rods are subjected to precision milling and hard chrome plating, achieving a coating thickness of **20 microns ±10%**, which further improves their wear resistance and longevity.
**Types of Products:**
1. **Chrome Plated Steel Bars:**
These bars are made from medium carbon cold-finished or hot-rolled steel, typically in 1045 grades. They are centerless ground, polished, and chrome-plated to a minimum thickness of **0.0005" per side**. Ideal for use in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder applications.
2. **Induction Hardened Chrome Plated Bars:**
Produced using advanced techniques on JIS S45C, SAE1045, or DIN CK45 steel rods, these bars are polished, induction-hardened, and then coated with hard chrome to a minimum thickness of **0.0005" or 0.001" per side**. Designed for high-performance piston rods that can withstand tough environments.
