If you need samples, we are happy to offer them free of charge. However, new clients are expected to cover the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.

Yes, we can produce castings based on your drawings, 2D or 3D CAD models. If a 3D CAD model is provided, tooling development can be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still create samples based on 2D drawings and obtain your approval.
4. Can you make castings based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We have a spectrometer for monitoring chemical properties, a tensile testing machine for controlling mechanical properties, and ultrasonic testing (UT) as a non-destructive testing method to check for internal defects in castings.
