This 30-foot command vehicle is built on a Freightliner MT-55 forward control chassis, powered by a B6.7L diesel engine paired with an Allison 2500EVS automatic transmission. It features rear air suspension for added comfort and stability. The all-aluminum body includes two custom flat-floor slide-outs from LDV, offering maximum interior workspace. The Intel-I-Touchâ„¢ vehicle automation system simplifies deployment and controls various functions, including leveling the vehicle on scene.
The mobile command center is equipped with a 3-camera rear view system, making parking easier. Additional gear storage is provided through Extreme Duty body compartments. Privacy is ensured with magnetic blackout curtains, while a weatherproof exterior workstation features a 65†QLED 4K display monitor. A digital HDTV antenna feeds all monitors, and a heavy-duty non-locking rear mast houses two individual camera systems for enhanced situational awareness.
Inside, the front work room has five workstations, each featuring a 32†high-resolution display. Custom aluminum cabinets provide extra storage, and spider base task chairs are included for comfort. The central area of the vehicle houses a large electronics rack, a lavatory, and a fully equipped galley with a microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. Magnetic closure pocket doors and magnetic surface whiteboards add convenience for note-taking and organization.
The rear section includes a fixed collaboration table with two spider base task chairs and a bench seat for staff. Flip-down bench seating is available in the curbside slide-out, and a large 65†monitor is mounted on the rear wall. A sliding egress window ensures proper ventilation and emergency access.
For climate control, three ducted low-profile rooftop A/C units keep the interior comfortable, controlled via the Intel-I-Touch system. Direct discharge diesel-fired furnaces provide efficient heating. A 20kW liquid-cooled diesel generator supplies ample power, while a full vehicle surge suppression system protects sensitive electronics. Emergency lighting and siren packages are also installed, along with an emitter on the light bracket.
A pan/tilt/zoom IP-based camera is mounted on the roof raceway, and an HDMI matrix switcher manages multiple video feeds. This command vehicle is designed to be both functional and versatile, ideal for emergency response and command operations.
