2 Abstract This paper introduces the manufacturing technology of the insulation structure coil of the 15.75kV strip stator coil jointly developed by Shuangfu Company and Fuji Electric and has been applied to the capacity expansion project of Dahua Hydropower Plant, and the test results of the test rod.

1 Overview The Dahua Hydropower Plant on the Hongshui River in Guangxi is equipped with four single-machine 100MW4MVA hydroelectric generating units. Since the four units were put into operation from December 1983 to June 1985, the stator of the turbine runner generator has exposed more defects12, which has seriously jeopardized the safe operation of the unit. Therefore, the owner decided to use the time of the year. 2 Generator Stator Coil Insulation Technology Since its establishment in 1994, Shuangfu Company has introduced Fuji Electric's advanced management concept technology research method, design and manufacturing technology of hydroelectric generating sets.
