The type and concentration of auxin have important effects on adventitious bud elongation and root formation in vitro. 0.1 mg/L IA is suitable for the adventitious bud growth of adzuki bean; 1.0 mg/L NAA is suitable for the rooting of adzuki bean test tube seedlings, and the regeneration is complete. Plants have beautiful shape, dark green color, and well-developed root systems. They grow well after transplanting.
