Yutong frame electrophoresis automatic coating production line successfully commissioned

On March 18th, Yutong's newly-installed cathodic electrophoresis automatic coating production line successfully passed full-load trial operation, which indicates that the Yutong Frame electrophoretic line construction project has achieved a phased success.
In order to enhance the anti-corrosion performance of the company's self-made chassis, Yutong invested heavily in the construction of a cathodic electrophoresis automatic coating production line in 2006. The production line is currently the highest level of technology and automation in the domestic passenger car industry. At present, all supporting equipment for the electrophoresis line of the frame has been installed in place as planned, to verify the full-load reliability of the electrophoretic line spreaders, sleds, mechanized transmissions, etc., as well as the workpiece pipe lines, tanks, and chambers. With the intervention, Yutong conducted a passability test of the electrophoresis line of the frame on March 18th. A simulation frame with the maximum length, width, height, weight and other indicators reached the maximum was successfully passed on the electrophoresis line of the frame. The load test run was a complete success. Subsequent to this, Yutong will also conduct trial run on the electrophoresis line of the frame electrophoresis equipment to verify the technical indicators such as anti-floating performance and process time of the frame in the tank.

It is reported that this frame electrophoresis production line will be put into use on May 10, when the entire production line production capacity will reach the Nissan 120 vehicle frame, parts 30 hanging. The on-line production of the frame electrophoresis production line will significantly increase the quality and production capacity of the Yutong frame, enhance Yutong’s market competitiveness, and provide strong support for Yutong’s participation in international competition.
