The "COM" end of the 3 sense detector is disconnected or in poor contact with the "GND" common ground of the gate controller.
8. Click the [Open Gate] button in the software monitoring interface, the gate is not open, but the manual button can be used to open the gate.
possible reason:
1 The “control switch†in the card reader is not short-circuited (it is disconnected at the factory and is in offline working state. When it is connected with the computer, it must be short-circuited online);
2 The computer and the card reader cannot communicate normally, and the controller does not receive the open command. (Check if the connection of the computer serial port is normal and the parameter setting is correct)
