1. Structure and characteristics analysis

1.1 Structure Introduction Ball Valve Installation The valve body is an assembly. The valve controls the on/off status of the valve through the rotation of the ball (key 19). When the valve is closed, the valve seat is fixed on the valve body (key 20). Part No. 21) withstands the pressure of the media delivered to the ball. The other end of the ball is supported by the valve seat, the disc spring, the transition sleeve and the joint (key 14). The joint and the valve body are welded structure. Due to the simple structure of the ball valve, relatively few components, low price, and a wide range of applications, the valve is relatively cost-effective.

In addition, from the structural point of view, the ball seal is a linear contact surface. Even if the joint is removed, the ball, the disc spring and other components cannot be reset. This valve cannot replace the ball and cannot grind the sealing surface, that is, the valve cannot be disassembled.

Process:
